The card contains a step-by-step guide prepared by Biden’s staff, which instructs him to do the most basic things.
“You enter the Roosevelt room and greet the participants,” the instructions say.
“Take your seat.”
“YOU give brief comments,” says another directive.
The script also tells Biden which reporter to ask the question.
“You’re asking Liz Schuler, the president of the AFL-CIO, a question,” Biden’s handlers wrote.
“You thank the participants.”
This isn’t the first time Biden has relied on staff notes to avoid even more embarrassment on the public stage.
